Advise please!!

I've app**** for a contract with Mtn Reference num: Mv***3 was approved on the 27 July 2020 and up untill today still no delivery took place,what's so disappointing is that I called call centre customer service that informed me to contact courier company everyday for the past 30 Days no one can advise as to when the package will be delivered is this normal cause I never experienced such service in my life no one can get back to me so hopefully here someone will be able to assist!!
