Adverts before call goes through

MTN keeps playing adverts when I place a call (to any number), before the call goes through. The order goes like this:<br> - Type a number and press \dial"on my cell<br> - A laborious audio advert for getting an LTE SIM is played<br> - My call is only then put through<br> <br> Guys"
