Advertising lies

Be careful. They use false advertising. They told me I would receive 34gb free data when you upgrade or take out a new contract. It's actually 20gb with 14 gb of useless social media data. You only find it out when you get their welcome pack email after you upgrade. Helpline won't help you and I only found it out after I had used all the 20gb. Now I'm stuck without data till the end of the month and 14gb of useless social media data I can't use. Don't trust their advertising.
