Advertising for non-stocked items

My contract is up for renewal so I approached two MTN branches on a special advertised in the September catalogue. However, both the branches were out of stock and this was in the first week of September. I was told that the waiting period could be for approximately three weeks. This would feed into October. I have been a loyal customer of MTN for years. This is really frustrating.
