Advertising for Months, yet no stock ever

Went to Soneike branch on the 28th of October to find out if they had any stock of Sony Xperia M5 and was told that it be in stock the next Monday, the 2nd of November. Went on that day, and was told the order had been placed and they were waiting on stock and it will arrive on the week. Phoned many branches to find out when they would get the phone and many did not answer, only Cape Gate store did, and I found out that most stores only get stock in the third week of November. My complaint is that MTN has advertised a contract for this phone since the beginning of October. Why would you advertise a phone for two months which you clearly do not have in stock at any of your branches?
