Advertising but no stock
<p>Hi,</p> <p>I've been looking to get the. IPhone SE on contract with MTN. There's many deals for the phone in the July Deals brochure. But every MTN store I've been to don't have stock, dont know when they going to get stock, or never had stock of the phone at any point in time.</p> <p>Nor can they tell which store I can get from?Where can I get it?</p> <p> </p> <p>Are these deals legit? Why false advertise?</p> <p>Really poor</p>

Kindly note that availability of stock is subject to demand within every region and it varies from store to store. We are awaiting stock however, the challenge lies in the turnaround times, which unfortunately, we have no control over.
We do indeed share your disappointment in this regard; however we look forward to updated communication from our marketing team on the expected delivery time.
This matter has been escalated to the Regional Management team for resolution.
Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
