Advertised special not honoured

<p>It's been a week since I purchased my portable router and again after phoning mtn several times nothing has been done. The sign up package states that you will receive 30gb data on sign up. I confirmed this on purchase and still nothing. I was told by a consultant over the phone that "this is an extra that mtn is offering" as if I should not be asking - I'm quite aware of what the offer was and that's why I opted for this particular deal. Please honour your side of the deal. If not, I may as well return the product and cancel the contract as this is false advertising.</p>
