Advertised phone not available. MTN salesman struggling to get feedback from head office.

MTN advertised a Sony Xperia 10 Plus phone on 1 September. I have called multiple branches to take up this offer, however none of the branches have received stock of the phone. The salesman at MTN Cresta branch (Ricardo) has been trying his best to assist - he has requested the phone from head office 5 days ago but to date he has received no response whatsoever. Really poor service from MTN South Africa.
