Advertised package not supp****

On 7 April 2021 I accessed the MTN site in order to upgrade my existing data package which had reverted to a month to month basis upon completion of the contract. I chose a package advertised on the site - ZTE 4G Home WiFi Router MF286R. MTN Home WiFi 100GB at R269.00 per month. I received confirmation from MTN that my application had been received. I have still not been given this package even after twice listing complaints with the company. Nobody has come back to me to address my concerns - I am just being ignored.
