Advertise stock they don’t have

Went to upgrade my contact to a special in their current Yellow Trader. Surprise surprise... no stock. Now can a company advertise something that they don’t have!!! And when I asked how come Vodacom has if it’s a Sumsung supplier issue I get told to go to Vodacom. After 6 years and multiple lines!!! Thanks MTN. I’m done doing business with you
