Advertise functions on iPhones and refuse to activate them

Been fighting with MTN to activate the eSIM functionality on my 12 Mini, stores don’t help neither do the customer care even tech support. Last phone call had me transferred around for 45mins to 5 different people with zero assistance. Of which I have a recording.

Worst network and customer support for a nearly 10 year customer in South Africa.
