Advertise 20gig promotion data then not loading it on account

On the 1st of June 2022 i upgrade my contract at MTN store Vyburg. The store informed me that after 14days the once off 20gig data wil be loaded on my number. On the 25th June 2022 no data has been loaded. I contact the store manager where I upgraded and the manager informed me the he will log a query.

On the 1st of July 2022 still no promo data has been loaded. I contacted MTN business contact center, they told me the store must load the promotion 20gig data.

Eventually a mtn call agent supervisor called me back after i threatened to cancel my contract. He informed me that the problem will be resolved on the 8th of July 2022 before end of the business day. On the 9th of July 2022 I checked again and still no 20gig promotion data. This now more than a month. MTN is lying to there customer by advertising the promotion in there Yellow Trader placing tremendous and unnecessary stress on the store and personnel to promote the specials and then not delivering.
