Admin bungle becomes client problem
MTN Insurance reject claim as they have no record of insurance. I have application for insurance document provided by MTN Morningside when phone was upgraded in January 2014. Manager says this is not his problem - it is an insurance issue. He is the face of MTN and the outlet where documents were completed. How can MTN admin failure be the client's problem.? This would never hold up in a court of law. Now more than one month since ******* and no satisfaction.
