Additional Charges - not cancelling!@!!

<p>I received additional charges on my account due to content services I did not subscribe to. That point aside - I cannot seem to cancel these services.</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged a call:</p> <p>Ref: ********** 96</p> <p> </p> <p>I even went into a store and spent an hour on the phone with a consultant, did the USSD codes they provided but still the service is subscribed to, I really feel like MTN is not protecting its customers and the service in resolving this matter is appauling! </p>
