Promo Service Fee(PSF)s is basically the cost of your chosen handset.
The total cost of the handset is broken down in to the number of months making up your contractual term (24mths) and added to your statement as PSF.
That is, you are paying installments instead of a lump sum for your handset.
All customers we're notified on the 15th of April regarding the price increase. You can view more info here http://www.mtnblog.co.za/2015-rate-changes/
