I get a call in August from 3 different debit collection companies regarding my account from 2015 not paid. I went to the branch they tell me they can’t help me need to phone the call center. When phoning call centre they drop the phone on you once u ask them have they ever phoned you and are they allowed to hand out my personal details without my consent to different companies. I have trying to get ahold of a team leader even that doesn’t happen How is it possible to hand people over 8 years later and not even trying to get ahold of them and when they against the law one can’t do anything
