******** ACTIVITIES AT MTN:Beware!

I.... a faithful supporter of MTN is now victim of ******** activity caused by Mtn. Extra phone numbers were loaded on my profile account WITHOUT MY CONSENT. These numbers used my bank account debit order for their airtime payments. Two times MTN made withdrawels (R10,000+ and another time R12,000 +)frim my bank account WITHOUT MY CONSENT!... Luckily my STANDARD BANK reversed that payments. BUT NOW MTN HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I can not make calls, receive OTP's etc. I hve contacted several times t ***** department of Mtn: I get very little feedback from them, empty promises and NO DIRECT ASSISTANCE. I, a pensioner is daily on t road without t security support of a working phone. THIS HAPPENED to me with still a fully "up to date paying record" AND MTN DOES NOT CARE! Sometimes I get t idea the consultants in t Mtn shops and assistants in t MTN ***** DEPT CALL CENTRE does not work for t same company. They are not speaking the same language. Keep your eyes opened when signing a contract with MTN and above all STAY AWAY FROM A DEBIT ORDER WITH MTN.
