Activation of the Huawei P8 nano sim card

On the 7th of November 2015 at 9am I was at the Mtn westgate mall in roodeport shop number 105 and 155 to activate my nano sim card for my Hauwei p8 phone. I was referred to four different consultants who had admittedly has no knowledge on how to do a sim swap, how much a nano sim card cost and basic product knowledge. After being in the store for almost a hour nobody was willing to assist and no managers were available.
