Activation of contract without my knowledge.

I am not really happy with what is happing or happened and I want this situation reversed. I took up a contract with MTN 2016 for internet usage and they gave me a good deal with Alcatel Doongle my contract was suppose to expire 2018. I went to MTN Kempton Park to do an upgrade as I wanted a data package "40GIG a month" for my router and I was shock when the consultant told me MNT already activated a contract 20/12/2017 for cell phones and the expiring date is 2020.

This made me very angry because no one phoned me or contacted about this deal? and I never said I need a phone contract? I never even received the phone/s. I want to know on whose authority did MTN activated this contract because i was never informed???

I looged a call with your helpdesk "Reference number is: ********** 48" and i was told to go to the police station and get an affidavit which i did and emailed it to the following consultant : ********** on Monday (09/04/2018) to date i have not received any feedback from MTN, why???

I want MTN to cancel this contract as soon as possible as i never asked for it and never do this again. i am hoping this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
