Acknowledgement of payment

After having sent my mobile phone, an LG G3, in for repairs and/or assessment (via the Highveld Mall MTN store in Witbank, I was sent several sms's which contained details of the process moving forward. <br> I was requested to accept or reject the quotation of which I rejected. A fee of R330.00 was required for the assessment of the damage, of which I paid. <br> But here's the problem.....after several sms's, which had two different job card numbers - it appears one of them did not belong to me, but to a client with a Samsung mobile phone. <br> I made the transaction via Internet banking, and unfortunately did not download the receipt of payment. The one I do have is an email notification of the payment, not necessarily detailed. <br> The correct job card number for my LG is *** instead of the *** which I made made payment for. <br> <br> Now I'm requested to run up and down, back and forth to retrieve proof of payment from my bank, as if I'm to blame for the mistake, my phone won't be returned. It has been in their possession since early September. <br> <br> I'm fed up. <br> I've sent all details in my possession and proof I have but still. <br>
