I would like to acknowledge Nonhlanhla from 1st MTN in Mall of Africa. On the 9th of August 2021 we decided to go back and inquire again but the staff was unhelpful. So I requested to the ID and Affidavit to be returned. We went to mall of Africa and found Nonhlanhla she took more steps to make sure that we are assisted.
