Accounts suspended

The last week in July 2015 I cancelled my contract and removed the Sim from the Tab. Between the 4- 6 Aug 2015 I went to Lizanne (Mtn) again to ensure about the cancellation of mentioned contract ***). She informed me it can only happened after the 08 Aug 2015. Stupid of me I did not asked for paperwork as I am a regular over the years in their store and did not had any problems for the past more than 15 years. In my third week in Pta I found that the Tab account was not stopped yet. Contact Kby Mtn and within two, three days of communications I was informed that it will be back dated. On the 20 Sept 2015 I decided to make used of the current extra data which was left before the contract will final end. The data at that stage was 1GB. This was the first time that I connected the Sim again. I purchased 24Hour data bundle from my bonus points and ensured that the points was deducted. By 19H42 I received a message that I exceeded my \Credit of R3300"(which I did not know I had) and all my accounts are suspended and still are.
