If my usual debit went of on the 25 march which was paid and my account was being debited on the 5 april when i requested the debit date to be made for 5 May.Wat were 2 payments being debited for.A response via email to ********** would be appreciated since i never received the call back

According to our system, your debit order date was set for the 5th of every month however on the 05/04/2019 the debit order was declined hence the payment of R419.01 was not paid. The reason for the double payments was for the bill 05/04/2019 for the amount of R419.01 and for the bill for the 16/04/2016 of R589.39.
