Hi <br> <br> I have been quering my account for 6 months now, no one can tell me why my bill is coming out to so much money. My statement is very differrent to the sms's i getting from MTN. Can someone please help me out. there are 3 numbers on my MTN contract account. can someone please have the decency to help out and not refer me from one person to another.<br> <br> <br> Reagrds<br> Sharlene

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please note that on the invoice that finalised 2015-05-13, on the number ending 7423 you were charged R 2,446.41 due to data usage. This amount and the amount for the other two lines resulted in a returned debit order. The invoices have been accumulating because no payment has been made since then.
