Account Upgrade Nightmare

<p>Please see all the problems I experienced when I did my upgrade:</p> <p>-20 April 2016 . Phoned *** to upgrade my phone and spoke to Gregory. They did they upgrade on the system on the same day and therefore cancelling my BIS, before I even received my phone. I had to phone MTN to reinstate my BIS and was told i might get charged for it. I spoke to Gregory again and he reassured me I wont get charged as my current BIS is included up until 26 April. Well, I received a statement 26/04 and they charged me R10.02 for BIS? </p> <p>-On the 28th April I noticed I was not given the 200sms's that's included in my upgrade. I phoned 808, reference *** and was told they will reinstate it but I will have to pay for all the sms's till this happens. Unacceptable as I can see in my provisional invoice I got charged.</p> <p>- On 29/04 I phoned 808 again, reference *** as not only was I charged for the disconnected BIS, but also charged for ANOTHER month of BIS, even though I don't even have a blackberry. I was told this would be reversed.</p> <p>-On 23/05, reference *** I phoned 808 to follow up if my queries had been resolved and was told that it is still getting processed.</p> <p>Unacceptable, always a pain to upgrade as communication is lacking. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW IF MY ACCOUNT IS NOW SORTED</p>
