ACCOUNT SUSPENDED TO BE REACTIVATED

My account was suspended for R4. 84, which I wasnt aware off. I have made a payment directly from the MTN website. It is know nearly a week and no services. You cannot get throuhg to MTN to discuss because the phone options doesnt allow you to go to a person. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE PLEASE PHONE US BACK OR REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. REF NR ***
