ACCOUNT SUSPENDED , STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

Good day My name is Sivuyile Nkonzo cell number ********** 692 contract number with mtn is ********** 139, account was in arears I fully paid there requested amount for the line to be unlocked at South gate MTN shop on the 16/12/2017, i was advised that the line will be opened with 72hrs. On the 21/12/2017 i contacted the callcenter and requested for the line to be unlocked since i made payment, i was told that the account has been handed over to legal department , and they will send an email to them to request for the line to be opened, and t will take 48hrs,, i have been calling the callcenter everyday no one is willing to assists, spoke to the Manager Senzo , still the line not unlocked,
