Account suspended but no o/s payment

MTN suspended my account today with no reason. Contacted their call centre the service agent couldn't say why because my account was up to date (debit order payment monthly and never ever missed a payment). I'm still waiting for the manager Nadia Allie to call me back as I was promised. I could not continue working because of this and MTN is not even being mindful how badly their service affected me and my job, most of us work from home. I'm way too disappointed at this service provider.
