Account Suspended

Pardon the brevity.</p> <p>I have acknowedged that payment wasn't made for my last invoice however nobody made contact with me to advise that my services will be suspended until payment is recieved. Is that the shoddy service that MTN offers in 2016? No contact with the clients and just do as they please. I'm absolutely disgusted with MTN, I've been a client since 2009 and haven't missed a payment since last month. Nobody took the initiative to contact me to enquire, Payment will be made shortly, kindly reinstate the services.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
