Account Suspended
I owed some money, wanted to settle so I was told by call centre agent to pay 3000+. I paid it but when I got to Musgrave was told I paid more so my account was in credit. Call centre said I cannot upgrade but Musgrave said I can upgrade. I upgraded. Sim card did not work for a long time and when it finally worked I didnt get all that my top-up package included(no free sms). I asked and Musgrave confirm that I should have receive free sms's. I also did upgrade for my second line and the sim only started working after a week. While I was at the MTN SP doing the upgrade I asked several times for them to confirm if my account is still in credit and they told me YES several times. They said my next payment will be in March because I was in credit. Few days later and both my lines are suspended. I call Musgrave and they have no idea what is going on and cannot help they say theu will call me back. A lady calls back and has no idea what my story is...So why did she say she will call me back? I feel like a fool. Few days later now I cannot receive calls either...I am livid and am really fed up with these people. Either the Call centre or Musgrave need to sort this out or I will take up!

The last invoices generated to the account was for September month then the account moved to legal status. The system did not generated the invoices for October and November month meaning that you have not paid for the subscription fee as per the 24 month contract. The system then reflect the credit of R1501.85 this credit has been used against the October and November subscription fee so this invoices subscription fee has been settled with the credit. Then account in credit with R287.88. The invoices for December and January has been added. No payment has been received. Please make payment for R691.27 before we can open the lines for you, this is for the December invoices, January invoices need to be paid by the 4th of February and this balance is R931.27.
