Account suspended

I have had endless issues with MTN. My service is now suspended and I cannot get hold of the call center to speak to anybody because I ALWAYS get cut off. I am a paying customer and I am suspended with no reasons and nobody has informed me about any of this. I am almost tempted to not pay MTN anymore fees and port my numbers to another network that actually works.
