<p>I've app**** for a second contract at the Somerset Mall store on Saturday 21 January 2016. The service received by the staff in store is always great. I received an sms within minutes telling me my application is being reviewed. But headoffice service sucks. Im still waiting to hear whether or not its been approved. Ive tried contacting customer service and the facebook page. no response. Ive been using MTN for 14 years, I feel rather disappointment with the service Im receiving from MTN. </p> <p> </p>
