See information with the case number REQ:***' [#***0] which is what I got from your email chain<br> <br> I was under the impression that this issue was resolved after I paid the amount required. I also sent cancellation letters etc with the required documents and was told this would be closed.<br> <br> I see my account is still open in a handed over status with the credit bureau. I get no replies to my mail etc. Please advise as to what is happening here.
