Account Reconnection and update

May I please get an update as there hasn't been any contact from Nomvula Zwane who is handling my account.

My upgrade is in May and kindly give me the exact amount I need to pay monthly as I have been paying 600 per month sometimes more.

May someone please assist me it's been 5months now and there is no response or assistance from anyone.
