Account reactivation

My name is nomsa .i have a problem with Mtn contract number ,mu account has been in areears for few months and was refereed to SSDA AND I MADE AREANGEMENTS,SO SO FAR I HAVE PAID CLOSE TO 10000 with the promises of Mtn collections department saying i musy pay a certain amount and the contract will be reactivated.i have done that but still now the Attorneys are still deducting me on the other hand mtn has not reactivated my account and this is affecting my credit score ,Mtn clients are giving me different stories all the time,so i paid my last money hoping for reactivation only to find i was deceived .i want to know my rights on this .my numbers are ***.i am starting to hate the service from mtn on the other is that rica barred problem that standerton mtn cant solve,i have spent money being adviced on doing sim swap for nothing,im really angry
