ACCOUNT QUERY

On the 23-06-2015 i have made a payment of R500.00 to Mtn account from my nedbank account through internet transfer however MTN has not yet receive this money up to this far. i then was informed to go to nedbank branch and ask for a print out with the stamp on it for the very same payment.<br> i then took that pint out and handed over to MTN but still the query is still outstanding.<br> if MTN did not recieve this payment then nedbank should reverse this amount.<br> i need somebody to resolve this query as soon as possible because i have done was i was told to do.<br>
