Account query

I bought a laptop in 2013 and I paid it through debit order but after that R49 was being deducted from my account for the past 4 years ,I then changed my bank, which means they cannot deduct that money, I did not know that after having a 2 year contract ,one still need to cancel the contract.I then contacted customer care and they told me that my account has been handed over to the legal team but they cannot be contacted directly,I am surprised that it takes up to 5 days for the legal team to contact me. I am really disappointed with Mtn because at first I was told that customer care cannot help me because I use my passport since I am a foreign national,eventually I got help but I need to speak to the legal team regarding my query but I am told they will contact me after some days
