My number was put legal department and it was not working and I went to inquire what was the issue and they say I was owing that is why my number was de activated,I paid off the amount and now it is 2 weeks my number is still not reinstated. It is one of the big company but the customer service is not on point. How do they treat their customers in such a manner. All we want is good service especially from one of the best service provider.

01 Nov 2023, 20:37It is now more than 2 weeks and I have called their customer care and I was told 48hrs and my issue will be solved but until now nothing has changed. I have lost a lot of business because of this ,their account was paid out in full but I don't know why it is taking so long to be sorted. Incidents were logged ref -*** .How can you trust a company that dnt value their customers. Even a customer who brings R5 or R2 thousand you need to value them as equal.
