Account problems --- AGAIN
<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to contact your customer care to assist me with this matter but they are apparently too busy to answer phones & respond to emails. I have cancelled my one account in July and am still being charged for that account and require a refund ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly hate having to do anything through MTN as there is no such thing as customer care, everytime I try to contact the customer care department I have to wait weeks for a response and we as consumers just have to accept it becuase well no one seems to care... Honestly canceling all my contracts as soon as I can.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise WHEN I will receive my refund.</p>

Please be advised that the credit of R1830.01 (incl. vat) was passed to your account on 2016-10-05 for late cancellation invoices dated 2016-07-20 to 2016-09-20 for the cellphone number 073****956. Another amount from the credited amount was used to settle the outstanding balance on the account so we have requested for the remaining credit of R216.01 to be refunded to your bank account, reference number: *** please allow +/-5 working days for this to be resolved.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
