Account problems
My services have been suspended as my Account has magically gone from an average of R2000 a month to R10000 even thou they have a \credit limit"on me of +/- R2500 the Mtn stores cannot assist me and the call centers for contract costumers are useless at even getting a call answered. """

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly note that the credit limit is not a service offered neither is a usage limit. This is an internal tool. Your bill has increased due to the increase on the out of bundle rate so you are now being billed R0.99 per MB. Once the arrears have been settled in full, the suspension on your line will be lifted
