Account problem
Still experiencing a lot of inconvenience, since the time I wrote the letter I never got any correspondence to the matter except MTN saying is looking into the matter, since then. I'm the only one running back and forth with the legal team referring me back to MTN only for MTN to tell me the same old they can't do anything cause the account is with legal, I must say I've never experienced anything like this before. Even asked for the review and the recordings but none of that seems to be forthcoming. All they interested in, I must just pay. This situation is getting worse by the day, it's really frustrating getting treats that you'll put on credit bureaus for something not my fault, this is really hurting. MTN doesn't want help period.

Kindly note that you will have to make a payment of R166.40, which is for the last invoice dated 20/04/2015 that includes an admin cost of R11.40 due to the debit order being returned. Once the amount is paid the profile will be updated and the number will be migrated to prepaid, reference number: ***
