Account payment not acknowledged

Good Day

I am greatly disappointed in Mtn SP for their poor service rendered to me as I consider my self a valued customer having had a steady and well maintained contract with you for the past four years , I made a payment into my Mtn contract account on the 29th of June 2015 and to this day it does not reflect as though I did, I have been to an Mtn store in Brooklyn Mall where a consultant asked that I email him proof of which I did and yet still my service gets suspended worset of all their call center is closed so I am unable to query this matter and have it sorted, a voice prompt directs me the self service option and the self service options directs me to a consultant. What do we do now Mtn? Are we to be left with no service and be highly inconvenienced by your in-house disputes? We pay for a service and we expect to get one and to add to all of this poor service you people decided to increase my monthly premiums without consulting with me and also out of the lines of the contract I had initially signed which is breach of contract. Now tell me how is one to do business with such an ********* company as yourself
