I have been trying to get hold of the legal department for moths now. Each time i use the 135 number the call is being dropped and my account keeps accumulating interest. I would like to make arrangements on my account. I send an email to complaint department and was suppose to have been contacted within 24hrs as per their auto response but none happened.
