Account Paid up over a year ago but still shows as unpaid on the credit bureau

My account was paid up on 29 May 2016. VVM sent the file back to your legal department to be registered and cleared off the creidt bureau. However, the credit burearu still shows that this account has never been paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not know this was the case until this morning. You are now preventing me from applying for finance......
