Account paid up (not closed) Now with LEGAL

<p>I closed my MTN contract a year ago and requested that the account be closed. To my suprise after getting an experien report, I saw that my account is still open. When I called MTN they said that the account is with Legal. When I asked why ? They said " It's because you never requested a closure." I request for the account to be closed AGAIN, and to my suprise no ONE in the the whole organisation can help me. I was referred from pillar to post - Sat for THREE HOURS on the phone with NO luck. This complaint was raised with them in MAY 2017 and to date NO NO NO reply at all and account is still open. I can not believe that a paid up account is with LEGAL and it is their fualt not mine. They can not take instructions and complete it.</p>
