Account paid up, but lines blocked by legal dept

I was handed over to legal department after failing to pay my instalments. I then managed to pay off the account in June 2015. My problem is that my lines are still blocked be legal department even if it's now 7 months after I cleared the account. Someone from MTN legal department please respond
