Account Paid-up

In June 2023, I visited the 14th Avenue customer care center to check my account status. I was informed that I needed to pay R7055 and I paid the full amount. After a month, I went back to the center and was given another amount to pay, which was R4000. I paid it and received a paid-up letter on 6th September 2023.

However, in March of this year, I was surprised to find out that I still owed MTN an amount of R2000. I contacted their legal department for help, but have not received any response. Charmaine tried to assist me, but even her emails to the legal department went unanswered.

I believe that this kind of service is unacceptable and MTN should resolve this issue as soon as possible.
