Account paid services not activated

Good day, my services are still suspended after a payment was made and to date I have not received no response or some to help me activate my services,

The payment was made on the 11th April 2020, the call center is not available to answer even the self help service is not useful, I request you to make means to activate my 2 lines as I need to get in contact, can this be resolved ASAP, I wait for your response as i cannot take this bad level of service.
