Account paid, but service disconnected.
May account is paid to date, in fact, I always pay more than what I owe, but you have suspended my account. Such a pity that you have my number but does not even call me to inform me that you have an issue - BAD BAD BAD on you. Call me to get this sorted out please.

I sent my proof of payment record to the email address on your statement - WAIT FOR IT - only to get a response that it has not been in use since December 2021!! WOW Mtn, you really take *********** to a new level!!

And NOW, you have now closed the query, but service is still not reactivated. More than a week now trying to get this sorted out, with no success. You should just close your doors, you already dead and rotting.
