Account paid, but service disconnected

I always pay my account on the 30th of the month, when I receive my salary. This is now the third month in a row where my service is disconnected and I am left to try and deal with a call centre that never answers. <br> <br> I spent 45 minutes on the phone, no answer from a call centre agent. All fine and well to hear that there is a high volume, but 45 minutes is ridiculous! Now I'm left to wait up to 8 working hours for a response to my e-mail sent, with my business suffering due to lack of feedback or answer from their side.
